What’s expected from TUTI as a partner?

  • We respect and care for your child’s well-being and education from 8:00- 18:00

  • We inform parents if there is a problem with your child’s health, accidents or other problems

  • We communicate with parents regarding the integration and social-emotional adaptation of your child

  • We communicate regularly regarding the academic programme and your child’s progress

  • We organize class and school events for parents to visit the kindergarten

  • We offer teacher and consultant support for parents

What’s expected from parents as partners?

Schedule and Readiness 

  • Bring your children to school and pick up them up on time 

  • Send children in appropriate clothing for learning and play, with extra clothes if necessary

  • Make sure children have a regular routine at home for meals, bedtime and playtime

Medical: 

  • Keep children at home if they have a runny nose, temperature, coughing, diarrhea, vomiting, unusual rashes, pink eye, or other symptoms of illness

  • Bring a medical note for illnesses more than 5 days

  • DO NOT send medicines, creams, dangerous items, electronics, parents’ personal items

  • No outside food or drink in the kindergarten

  • Notify the school if your child has any special needs

Absences

Communicate with the school in the event of illness or other absences / Limit unnecessary absences, in order to enable healthy integration and progress

Communication 

  • Refer to our website to understand our program, processes and protocols

  • Read emails and newsletters, to stay up-to-date with information, deadlines, and requests

  • Communicate concerns as soon as possible to our staff, so we can address it in the best way possible. 

Community

  • Respect the suggestions and requests from our staff to support your child’s development

  • Join in with school events in your child’s class

  • Learn about child development and best practices regarding discipline

  • Celebrate your child’s progress, as well as successes

  • Trust that we have your child’s best interest at heart
