Admission Process

Groups ages 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 year olds

  • On-site meeting with Director

  • Fill out the Registration Form (download here)

  • Sign a contract, if there are available places

  • Payment of the fees due under the contract

Submission of the following documents:

1. Copy of the child's birth certificate

2. The child's health and prevention card, completed by the family physician

3. Immunization information from the family physician 

4. A one-time negative test result for pathogenic intestinal bacteria and intestinal parasites, performed no earlier than 15 days before the child's admission to kindergarten.

5. Blood and urine tests performed within a week before the child's admission to kindergarten

6. Medical note from the family physician about the lack of contact with an infectious patient, issued no earlier than 3 days before the child's admission to the kindergarten

Groups ages 4 to 7 year olds

  • Interview/examination of the child by a teacher in the kindergarten

  • Admission pending: Meeting with parents for guidance if additional work is needed for their child’s admittance

  • Submission of the above documents

  • Admission during the academic year is possible only if there is an available place.

If there are no available places during the school year, parents can register on the
waiting list

  • Fill out a Registration form (download here) 

  • Set a date and time for your child to be interviewed by a teacher (ages 4-6 years)

  • If a place becomes available, an administrator will contact you by phone for a possible start date, and more information about registering, including a list of all required documents

Priority given to:
Siblings - Register your younger child as early as possible to ensure a place. Without this step, we cannot guarantee a place.
